The drip is usually the cartridge
A tap that drips after you shut it off is nearly always a worn or scaled cartridge, not the whole faucet, and that is a repair.
Low flow at one faucet
If only one tap is weak, the aerator or cartridge has scaled up. Low flow everywhere is a pressure or supply issue instead.

Why does my faucet drip after I turn it off?
Nearly always a worn or scaled cartridge, which is a repair rather than a new faucet. Valley water at 17 grains per gallon deposits mineral onto the very parts that are meant to move and seal, so the cartridge stiffens and stops seating. Replacing that part fixes the drip. A faucet only needs replacing when the body itself has pitted or corroded to the sink.
Why is the pressure low at only one faucet?
Because the restriction is in that fixture, not in the supply. An aerator or cartridge that has scaled up drops the flow at one tap while every other outlet in the house behaves normally. If the pressure is low everywhere instead, that is a supply or regulator question and a very different job.
Is it better to repair or replace a faucet?
Repair, while the body is sound. Cartridges, stems, O-rings and valves are the parts that wear, and they are all serviceable. Once the faucet body is pitted or the mounting has corroded to the sink, a replacement costs less over time than continuing to chase parts, and we will say so rather than selling you a cartridge for a faucet that is finished.
Why do faucets wear out faster in Las Vegas?
Hard water. At roughly 17 grains per gallon, mineral builds on moving parts continuously, so cartridges, aerators and seals here reach the end of their working life well before the same fixture would elsewhere. A softener slows all of it down, which is why fixture complaints and water treatment are more closely related than they look.
